At Stoneage Natural Rocks Inc., we prioritize quick and reliable shipping for all customer orders. Please review our standard shipping guidelines below:
Order Processing Time

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day.

Standard Fulfillment: All non-custom orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from the time the order is received.

Custom Orders: Please note that custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Specific timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
Business Days
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Holiday 2026: order-by dates
To receive your order by December 25, please place it by 2:00 PM Eastern on these dates:
- Free Standard Shipping and USPS Ground Advantage: Monday, December 14
- USPS Priority Mail: Tuesday, December 15
- Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: Friday, December 11
- International orders: Monday, November 30
- UPS Next Day Air: date coming soon
Shopping for Hanukkah? For delivery by the first night (Friday, December 4), please order by Monday, November 23.
These dates are based on the U.S. Postal Service's recommended 2026 holiday shipping dates plus our own processing time. Carrier delays are outside our control, so ordering earlier is always the safest choice.
