We Are Looking for Operators

This system is not built for owners at a distance. The people who do well are on the floor: they learn the stones, train their own staff and know their regulars by name.

You don’t need a background in crystals. You need to care about this trade, and we teach the rest.

We buy at the source, ship from our own warehouse, and stand behind every store that carries our name.

What You’re Running With

  • Our buying power. We buy at the source, at a volume no single store reaches, and you buy on the company’s terms.
  • One warehouse, no trade shows. We do the buying and ship from Norcross, Georgia, so you don’t spend your month at shows or managing dozens of vendors.
  • Our playbook, written down. Operating handbooks, merchandising standards, product knowledge and staff training. These are the real internal documents, not a summary.
  • The name above the door. You trade as Stoneage, under our trademark, with the brand book and marketing behind you.
  • The store, designed for you. A blueprint and interior design for your space, plus help placing product.
  • Someone on the other end. Training before you open, then weekly calls, industry news, and a buyer you can reach.

How It Works

From First Call to Open Door

  1. We talk. Both sides are deciding whether this is the right fit.
  2. The site. We look at your market and your space with you.
  3. Design and build. Your store is drawn, fitted out and stocked.
  4. Training. You and your staff learn the product and the floor before you open.
  5. Open, and after. The weekly support continues long after opening day.

Coming from outside the United States? We work with consultants who handle the E-2 treaty investor visa and similar routes, and we can introduce you. We are not immigration advisers, and the visa is decided by the United States government, not by us.
